One Time Application Review
This one-time Application Review is designed for seniors who are almost ready to hit submit, but want to be sure their materials truly stand out in the competitive college admissions process.
Kimberley Lindsay, founder of Ascend Education Consulting, will provide a comprehensive written review of your application, like an admissions officer would read it. You’ll receive professional, detailed notes highlighting what’s working, what stands out, and what can be improved before submission.
What You’ll Receive
Each review covers one Common Application (or equivalent) and one set of supplemental essays.

After reviewing your full application, Kimberley will send a written report that includes:
Reader Style Evaluation
A detailed commentary as if your file were being read in the admissions room.
Areas for Improvement
Constructive feedback on sections that could be strengthened or clarified for greater impact.
Strengths & Standout Factors
What makes your file memorable and what admissions officers are likely to discuss in committee.
Strategic Recommendations
Specific, actionable next steps to polish your essays, activities list, and short answers.
