All services are informational in nature and do not guarantee admission to any institution.

If services are booked online:

Payment must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee admissions decisions or specific outcomes. Our services are advisory only and outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ascend Education Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services.
